This statement was last updated on July 20, 2025.

Top 5 El Paso is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

We have taken the following measures to make our website more accessible:

  • Used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to identify and correct issues

  • Set the language of the site properly for screen readers

  • Ensured logical content order on all pages

  • Defined a clear and consistent heading structure

  • Added alternative (alt) text to informative images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet contrast requirements

  • Minimized motion and flashing elements

  • Ensured that all videos and files are either captioned or described, where applicable

  • Enabled keyboard navigation across the site

We are working to ensure our site supports assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and browser accessibility features.

Declaration of Partial Compliance (if applicable)

Some content or embedded media may be provided by third-party services not fully under our control (e.g., embedded videos, maps, or comments plugins). As such, we declare partial compliance for pages that include third-party content.

Currently, Top 5 El Paso is an online publication with no public physical office. Should this change, we will publish details of our in-person accessibility arrangements here.
